Is the concert open to the public?

Yes. All three nights of Concerts for Conservation are free and open to the public. Just show up with a lawn chair and enjoy the music.

What does the All-Access Pass include?

For $50 you get VIP Sandbar access for every show, a free drink ticket each night, entry into the Boatload of Prizes giveaway, BBQ tasting, and River Days Olympics access.

Where is Burlington River Days?

Everything happens on the Burlington riverfront along Front Street in downtown Burlington, Iowa, right on the Mississippi River. Burlington is located in southeast Iowa, less than an hour from Fort Madison, Keokuk, Mount Pleasant, Nauvoo, and Quincy, Illinois.

Yes. Free street parking and lots are available throughout downtown Burlington. Arrive early on Saturday for the best spots.

Absolutely. River Days is a family-friendly event. The carnival, Olympics, and concerts are designed for all ages. Kids under 12 don't need an All-Access Pass.

Can I bring a cooler or outside food?

Outside food and coolers are not permitted in the festival grounds. There will be plenty of food vendors and bars on-site.

How do I enter the boat giveaway?

You can buy a $20 standalone giveaway entry, or every $50 All-Access Pass includes one entry automatically. The drawing happens Saturday night.

Where does the money go?

All proceeds support the Partners for Conservation Foundation, funding local parks, conservation efforts, and riverfront development in the Burlington area.

Updated June 4, 2026 1. Sponsor The 2026 Boatload of Prizes Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Partners for Conservation Foundation, P.O. Box 714, Burlington, Iowa 52601 (“Sponsor”). This Giveaway is conducted in connection with Burlington River Days. Ticket Tailor and any associated payment processors are not sponsors of, nor affiliated with, this Giveaway. All decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding. 2. Eligibility Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of the Sponsor, and individuals directly involved in administering the Giveaway, are not eligible to win. Void where prohibited by law. 3. Entry Period The Giveaway begins on March 13, 2026 and ends at 8:00 p.m. Central Time on June 13, 2026 (“Entry Period”). Online entries must be completed by 8:00 p.m. CT on June 13, 2026. Physical ticket purchases must be completed by 8:00 p.m. CT on June 13, 2026. Mail-in entries must be received by June 12, 2026. 4. How to Enter There are three (3) methods of entry. All entries, regardless of method, receive equal odds of winning. Each completed $20 transaction receives one (1) entry into the Giveaway. For physical purchases, Sponsor will manually record and enter purchaser information into the official drawing database. There is no limit to the number of entries an individual may obtain. B. $50 All-Access Pass (Online or In-Person) During the Entry Period, individuals may purchase a Burlington River Days All-Access Pass ($50): Online at www.BurlingtonRiverDays.com, or In person through authorized representatives. Each All-Access Pass purchase includes one (1) entry into the Giveaway as a bonus benefit of the pass. The All-Access Pass provides independent value, including event admission and associated benefits, separate from the Giveaway. C. Prize(s) Grand Prize One (1) Boat Package including: One (1) boat One (1) trailer One (1) 60HP outboard motor Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $30,000+ Final ARV will be determined based on manufacturer’s suggested retail price at time of prize award. The Grand Prize includes the boat and trailer only. The winner is solely responsible for: Federal, state, and local taxes Title and registration fees Licensing fees Insurance Optional upgrades or accessories Any costs not expressly included above No substitution or cash equivalent permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Additional Prizes Additional sponsor-donated merchandise and equipment packages may be awarded. ARVs will be disclosed upon request prior to drawing. 7. Taxes and Financial Responsibility The value of the Grand Prize constitutes taxable income to the winner. Sponsor will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC for the full ARV. Winner must complete IRS Form W-9 prior to prize transfer. Failure to provide required tax documentation may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner. Entrants are advised to consult a qualified tax professional regarding tax implications. 8. Winner Selection Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will occur on or about June 13, 2026, during Burlington River Days in Burlington, Iowa. Need not be present to win. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. 9. Winner Notification and Forfeiture Winners will be contacted via phone and/or email within five (5) business days. General Conditions Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs integrity of the Giveaway.
